★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys got humor! I ordered a new keyboard and some replacement switches, the package came within 24 hours which is impressive. But very noticable choice of packaging foam, they used a bag of popcorn to fill the empty space in the box ♥️? very original. Big fan

I ordered my mechanical keyboard from them and received it the NEXT DAY (easy to do on their website). In the packaging, there was a small bag of popcorn and a note thanking me for my purchase and wishing me all the best with my new purchase. This is such a classy and nice gesture!
I loved the experience so much (and also because I needed it) I bought a second keyboard from them.
The next day, I received an email saying that the shipment is delayed. I went on their website checking for another option, I asked if it would be possible to swap with another keyboard (same brand): no problem!
The person I chatted with was so nice and useful. In a matter of minutes, my order was swapped (I even had a commercial gesture given that it was my second purchase) and my new keyboard is on the way!
I cannot recommend them enough!!!

I did my homework and took them up on their offer on their website to just call and discuss my options. Jesse from customer service was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful: he walked with me through my considerations, asked good question and helped me select my new keyboard from among my researched options. Not only that, but my order arrived the next day! 10/10, would shop here again.

I have purchased 2 keyboards and a foot rest.
The good.
The website is easy to use and has a lots of information about the items
The shipping is fast, I ordered at lunch time and was at home the following day
One of the only placed in the Netherlands you can get Keychron mechanical keyboards (and they have a wide range in stock)
The not so good.
Some of the foot rests can be bought on Amazon or Bol for half the price so check your prices, but Ergowerken also have some very hight quality foot rests you cant get any where else and if you can then Ergowerken often has the best price.
Great site and I will definitely be using them again

It turned out that I was wrong and they were really helpful, and it got there by mistake by the manufacturer ( the label ). The customer service was available all the time, and I got the keyboard within one day. Would recommend to buy from them!
