Nu 13 jaar verder denken wij daar nog aan terug hoe professioneel hij toen al te werk ging. Keurige verkoopbrochure en woning binnen twee weken verkocht. Na een snel telefoontje en email om de dienst te vragen met daarin het object (adres woning) en gegevens van de verkopende makelaar, kregen we prompt dezelfde dag al een antwoord dat de taxatie was ingepland met de verkoper! Dat is een snelle service! Ook heel vlotte communicatie doorheen het hele proces en zeker via bevestiging van de opdracht via het NVMI. We konden door corona regels niet aanwezig zijn bij de taxatie (was ook een groot inwonend gezin bij de verkoper), maar het verkregen taxatierapport was heel uitvoerig en vlot opgesteld, bedankt daarvoor!
