★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They spend huge money on this building and on these people who don't like to work and refuse to help, and sometimes you don't have an option. It is time for rescheduling, again. There goes another couple weeks wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. they are losing other people time instead of helping. There was a woman after she saw I am not from the country, her attitude changed and she became very rude. She wasn't clear what kind of paper she needs, she was just angry from some reason and she didn't want to help not even after few minutes I ran back with the paper. Don't judge because I am from other country or because you have a bad day. Baile6 around 16.00 o'clock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable behaviour from the staff. First of all even thought we had appointment we had to wait 20 minutes.
Second of all, most unprofessional staff that I have ever had contact with. I have autherizated a person to register a missing document in my name as in the system it was missing (birthcertificate). Also, I cannot understand how is it missing when I took it with myself when I registered to an address 2 years ago.
The autherizated person had all my documents, statement of the autherization, ID, birthcertificate and THEY TURNED THE PERSON AWAY, because my signature was a "little different" than on my ID which is like 7 years old. I had my phone number on the statement and they refused to call me! Unacceptable!

The worst municipality I saw not only in The Hague, but in the whole Netherlands! I went to many municipalities from the north to the south of the Netherlands, but that was really bad. Time does not matter to them! Very bad service, very bad treatment...
