Ze verkopen al geopende panty's, waarvan de verpakking beschadigd en door de zon verkleurd is, zonder daarover ook maar iets op de website te vermelden.
De panty was afgeprijsd, maar als ik dit had geweten had ik hem nooit gekocht, want zo kon ik hem absoluut niet als kado geven aan mijn vriendin! En nu zit ik dus met een panty waar ik niks mee kan.
Bij klagen hierover geen gehoor en geen mogelijkheid tot retourneren of restitutie.
Ga hier zeker nooit meer iets kopen. Jammer!
Beautiful brands, but very bad service with online purchases!
They sell already opened tights, the packaging of which is damaged and discolored by the sun, without mentioning anything about it on the website.
The tights were on sale, but if I had known this I would never have bought them, because I couldn't give them as a present to my girlfriend! And now I am wearing tights that I can do nothing with.
When complaining about this, no hearing and no possibility of return or refund.
Definitely never buy anything here again. Unfortunately!
