j	johan k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESE energy solutions europe. wij hebben in Feb.2019 een ESE infraroodpaneel aangekocht en dit paneel is binnen enkele maanden ontploft. Voor dit paneel hebben wij een nieuw paneel gekregen ter vervanging, maar dit nieuwe paneel is ook binnen 6 maanden weer kapot gegaan. Wij hebben ESE gebeld over dit probleem, men moest allerlei bewijzen hebben, dit hebben wij via mail door gestuurd. sinds dien bleef het stil, geen service of opvolging van ESE. Na maanden aan een stuk te bellen komt er geen oplossing van ESE. Er worden allerlei vreemde verhalen verteld om maar geen verantwoordelijkheid op te moeten nemen, slechte service. Men belt nooit terug zoals beloofd men doet eigenlijk niks. Alles is geïnstalleerd door een professionele elektro installateur met een thermostaat van ESE. De uiteindelijke conclusie en oplossing van ESE is dat wij dit paneel op onze eigen kosten moeten terug zenden en dan zal men dit wel vervangen ( 65€). Deze kosten moeten volgens de wet gedragen worden door de producent dit hebben wij gemeld, maar ESE zegt dat ze hier niks van aantrekken en dat wij het dan maar moeten uitzoeken dan. Zeer onbeschoft!! Men komt na meerdere uitnodigingen het paneel niet ter plaatsen herstellen of vervangen. Daarom deze vermelding over de vreemde toestanden en slechte kwaliteit van infraroodpanelen van ESE. Wij blijven jammer genoeg in de kou staan als betalende klant. ESE energy solutions europe. we purchased an ESE infrared panel in Feb 2019 and this panel exploded within a few months. We received a new panel for this panel as a replacement, but this new panel also broke within 6 months. We called ESE about this problem, they had to have all kinds of evidence, we sent this via email. since then it has remained silent, no service or follow-up from ESE. After months of continuous calling, there is no solution from ESE. All kinds of strange stories are told not to take responsibility, bad service. You never call back as promised, you don't actually do anything. Everything is installed by a professional electrical installer with a thermostat from ESE. The final conclusion and solution of ESE is that we have to return this panel at our own expense and then we will replace it (65 €). According to the law, these costs must be borne by the producer, we have reported this, but ESE says that they do not like this and that we should then figure it out. Very rude !! After several invitations, the panel is not repaired or replaced on site. Therefore, this statement about the strange conditions and poor quality of ESE infrared panels. Unfortunately, we remain in the cold as a paying customer.
