Opgelucht en blij - paar maanden geleden naar een kapper geweest die het niet had geknipt zo als gevraagd/gehoopt! Esmee heeft daar duidelijk verandering in aangebracht. Er zit weer lucht in, laagjes en het danst weer. De volgende keer is mijn afspraak weer hier!

Eerste bezoek en ben echt super blij met mijn haar! Ik heb krullen en draag het ook stijl. Esmée dacht met me mee, en nam echt haar tijd en knipt heel goed. Ze heeft het ook heel mooi afgewerkt. Ik ging echt tevreden weer naar buiten, dat overkomt me niet zo vaak bij de kapper! Ik kom weer terug :)

Leuke salon waar ik goed geknipt ben door eigenaresse Esmee. Zij heeft veel ervaring in het kappersvak en qua prijs-kwaliteit verhouding zit je hier goed! Ze luisterde goed naar mijn wensen en heeft mijn haar in laagjes gesneden zodat mijn krullen meer terugkomen. Ze werken in de salon ook met mooie (vegan) producten dus dat sprak me ook aan. Leuke zaak in een leuke wijk!

Unfortunatelly, the service is not any more as used to be. To keep the customers Esmee would need to re-establish her approach to the clients, which she had in the past in particular in terms of friendliness and flexibility. I was 15 min too late for the appointment I made for hair cut and colouring, which would take approx. 3 hours. Unfortunatelly, they did not want to serve me any more. I understand that I was too late and that serving me might cause a slight delay for other customers. But it is hard to understand that 15 min could not be compensated in 3 hours time, in particular as the salon was empty at my arrival. Unfortunatelly, I could also not reschedule the appointment free of charge any more, which I have found out only after I arrived back home and wanted to do it online as suggested in the salon. Calling back by phone did not help either. Esmee should also know that her customers also sometimes need to wait at the beginning or during their appointments as her work takes more time as planned for whichever reason, and that I (and probably most of other customers) have never made any complaint, as we understand that sometimes such things may happen. Anyway, I am very much disappoionted about how I was treated today and will not come back to Esmee anymore. There are enough other salons being way more flexible as this regards, including regarding the ordering procedure in which you have to chose the right combination of service items (which is not always easy and may have time implications) as well as methods of payment (which can also be in the saloon after having a chance to consult with the hairdresser and after you received the service).

Just got my hair cut here and couldn't be happier with the results. Got good advice on a hairstyle that matches the shape of my head and face and didn't take long from start to finish. Bridgette cut and styled my hair and she was amazing.
