★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a simple haircut (just the dead ends to be cut and and generally a fresh up) with washing and drying. I was so happy to finally get back to a hairdresser and that even on my birthday. The staff is friendly and seemed professional. The hair cut was OK, not quite as round and clean as I wanted. The styling was done nicely so I didn't see the actual haircut until later. But why there is only 3 stars is when we got to the price afterwards . Wash, cut and dry was supposed to be 40 Euros. Which I paid plus a Tipp. After I paid then they asked an additional 18 euros. For the drying. Which turned out was styling which I didn't ask for. I just thought they are being nice because of my birthday. I find it very unprofessional and simply greedy to do something like this with a completely new customer. If you offer an extra service first ask if it's wanted and say what it will cost before. Not after you have done it. I surely will not come back.
