D	Dominique Fokker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na aanleiding van mijn bezoek aan de Esso op 30'12 de Cartesiusweg 127, ben ik tot mijn stomme verbazing geweigerd tot het doen van de door mij gewenste aan kopen. Dit voorval heeft plaatst gevonden rond 17:30 op 30-12-2020. De reden dat ik kreeg dat ik de producten die ik wou halen niet kreeg was omdat ik geen mondkapje droeg. Na het duidelijk maken dat ik diverse medische redenen heb tot het niet kunnen dragen van mijn mondkapje werd mij de aankoop alsnog ontzegt. Vervolgens rij ik op 31-12 naar mijn werk toe en passeer rond 08:00 de Esso en zie ik vervolgens het personeelslid zonder mondkapje in de winkel staan. Zoals u kunt begrijpen vindt ik dit zeer frappant en onacceptabel en hoor ik graag wat hieraan gedaan gaat worden. Verder heb ik hierdoor dus een registratie in jullie systeem wat al veelste ver gaat en niet aamvaardbaar is met de de Nederlandse wetgeving Zowel klacht bij Esso hoofdbureau gelegd als direct bij de Esso maar zonder succes op reactie After my visit to the Esso at 30'12 de Cartesiusweg 127, I was, to my utter surprise, refused to make the purchase I wanted. This occurrence took place around 5:30 pm on 12/30/2020. The reason I got that I didn't get the products I wanted to get was because I wasn't wearing a face mask. After making it clear that I have various medical reasons for not being able to wear my mouth mask, I was still denied the purchase. Then I drive to work on 31-12 and pass the Esso around 08:00 and then I see the staff member standing in the shop without a mask. As you can understand, I find this very striking and unacceptable and I would like to hear what will be done about it. Furthermore, because of this I have a registration in your system which already goes far and is not acceptable with the Dutch legislation. Complaint filed with Esso headquarters as well as directly with Esso, but without success on response

Y	Yuba Zalen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heel erg vervelend dat scooterrijders hier bij voorbaat gekwalificeerd worden als potentiële criminelen. Scooterrijders mogen alleen bij een bepaalde pomp tanken. Heel naar gevoel om zo bevooroordeeld te worden bij het tanken. Mij zie je hier niet meer tanken. Dit ook aangegeven aan pompbediende, deze reageerde vol agressie... Let op: u geeft aan dat dit moet gebeuren vanwege financieel leed, dit terwijl u kunt kiezen voor camera bewaking. U stelt hiermee dus uw leed bovenop het leed van anderen.dat is vreemd. Het wegzetten van scooter rijders als potentiële daders is echter discrimintoire en verboden bij wet. It is very annoying that scooter riders are qualified here in advance as potential criminals. Scooter riders are only allowed to refuel at a specific pump. Very bad feeling to be so biased when refueling. You won't see me refueling here anymore. This also indicated to the gas station attendant, who reacted full of aggression... Please note: you indicate that this must be done because of financial suffering, while you can opt for camera surveillance. You are thus putting your suffering on top of the suffering of others. That is strange. However, labeling scooter riders as potential perpetrators is discriminatory and prohibited by law.
