★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zo ver hebben hun het laten komen dat ik een incasso bureau op deze partij heb gezet. Ivm mijn borg die zij vasthielden. Nu nog steeds dreigen zij deze kosten op mij te verhalen. Woning is in geheel goede staat opgeleverd, maar naar expertise als wij er al 2 weken niet meer wonen ontbreekt er ineens van alles. Ik raad een ieder ten strengste af bij deze partij te huren.
They have made it this far that I have set up a debt collection agency on this party. Because of my deposit they held. They still threaten to recover these costs from me. Property has been delivered in completely good condition, but according to expertise, if we have not lived there for 2 weeks, everything is suddenly missing. I strongly advise against renting from this party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij huren nu een aantal maanden bij Estatia en wat mij opvalt is dat het contact moeizaam gaat. In de maanden die we er van hebben gehuurd hebben wij maar één keer een mail terug gehad en voor de rest hebben wij er steeds achteraan moeten bellen om als nog een antwoord te krijgen.
We are now renting at Estatia for a few months and what strikes me is that the contact is difficult. In the months that we rented from it we only had one e-mail back and for the rest we had to call after it to get an answer.
