Inefficient, Documentation errors, hidden costs, very rude/careless customer service!! Sea freight, terrible forwarder! - We shipped goods from Rotterdam to Dubai, Estron "forgot" to notify the receiving agent goods arrived, so our high-value goods were standing on the quay without anyone knowing who they belonged to. - Estron mistakenly made the good company cargo, we had to bear additional costs to re-document them as personal cargo - Goods were shipped as basic service, shifting handling costs equal to shipment cost to us - Estron phonelines were dead, not being answered, or disconnected - Vincent (Estron sea freight) was rude and not interested in a constructive solution, people were on holidays so Estron could solve anything All in all, look for a different agent if you like to have a professional, efficient, cost transparent and customer focused freight forwarder.
