★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, even when the things don't work as they should. Highly recommended! They have sharp prices and quite large assortment. I have found an HP elite-book at estunt.nl. Being able to ask some questions via the chat and immediately assisted in a friendly and clear manner. Later, I bought two laptops there, one for me and one for my son. My first laptop came in with a charging problem. The battery wouldn't charge at all. I have called them up and they told me how to send it back. The second laptop came in but the keyboard wouldn't work as it should. I rang them again, and i sent the laptop back again. The 3rd time i got the laptop in, worked perfectly.

Update:
As remarked before, Estunt can supply you very good refurbished high end laptops at very reasonable price. I also remarked that they provide very good service. But now I have experienced a service which is (way) beyond my expectation. The laptop I bought from Estunt recently had unfortunately a battery which is not exactly 100% good. Estunt promptly offered to send me a new replacement battery free of charge.
They also very accessible and reply questions or enquiries practically immediately and give useful tips if required.
Honestly, Estunt's servce is really second to none, the best I have experienced until now regarding online shop.
