Het personeel is zeer onvriendelijk en als je iets terug wilt brengen, wordt er gezucht en gesteund om je nog ongemakkelijker te doen voelen. Je wordt zelfs nog aan een verhoor verworpen over de reden van teruggave, waarop je dan als antwoord krijgt dat ze het maar een "rare" reden vinden. The service is downright sad. Staff are very unfriendly and if you want to bring something back there is a sigh and support to make you feel even more uncomfortable. You are even dismissed about the reason for return, to which you get an answer that they think it is a "strange" reason.

A	A. L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experienced such an unprofessional, unfriendly and no manners service in my life from an woman called herself a (vice) MANAGER, Linda in this Etos shop! She is so rude to her customers, especially when they want to exchange or return things. Me and my family buy a LOT of our living stuffs from the TWO Etos stores in the Leiden city center, especially when they have on sale. When I pointed out her RUDE attitude finally (this already happened several times before, but then I didn’t complain anything before), and she even said that “if I dont like her service, just don’t come to this shop and will NOT give any service to you!” And she threatened me by shouting to me that if I didn’t get out of the shop immediately she was gonna call the police!! So eventually the police came and said don’t call them with this kind of arguments!!! And just call the ETOS customer service!!! So she really thought RETURNING the product is a CRIME??? So I eventually called the ETOS service center and told them about (insane, aggressive and rude woman) the POOR and TERRIBLE service, her lazy work and the verbal violence towards to me. I hope this never happens to any other people...
