★ ★ ★ ★ ★ slechte service. Mevrouw liegt glashard in mijn gezicht over het retourbeleid. Beweert dat je producten vanuit ander filiaal niet kan terugbrengen bij hun omdat ze een franchise zijn. Heb contact opgenomen met Etos en dit blijkt niet terecht te zijn. Retourneren is gewoon mogelijk met geld terug. Laat je niet belazeren!!!
bad service. Mrs lies crystal clear in my face about the return policy. Claims that you cannot return products from other stores to them because they are a franchise. I contacted Etos and this appears to be unjustified. Returning is simply possible with money back. Don't get fooled !!!
