★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nu al meerdere malen tijdens het winkelen uiterst grof en denigrerend te woord gestaan door een medewerkster(koningin GRAFTAK met een kokosmat als kapsel).
10 out of 10, would never go there again.
Already several times during shopping I spoke to a coarse and derogatory employee (queen GRAFTAK with a coconut mat as a haircut).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte service , niet iets wat je van een etos verwacht. Afgelopen zaterdag in deze winkel geweest en de klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken. Een jongere dame die naar de naam Suyenne luisterde erg slecht en onbeschoft. Mij zal je nooit meer in deze Etos terug vinden.
Bad service, not something you expect from an etos. Visited this store last Saturday and the customer friendliness is hard to find. A younger lady who listened to the name Suyenne very bad and rude. You will never find me again in this Etos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dit is de enige Etos in de buurt, en de slechtste Etos die ik heb bezocht. Behalve een vriendelijke dame is de rest van het personeel allemaal onvriendelijk. Ik denk niet dat ik nog een keer in deze winkel zal stappen. Naast de deur is de Kruidvat veel beter
this is the only Etos around, and the worst Etos I've visited. Except for one friendly lady the rest of the staff are all unfriendly. I don't think I will step into this store again. The Kruidvat is much better next door

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er zijn daar jonge vriendelijke hulpvaardige dames maar ook 2 oudere die niet klantgericht zijn. Roddelen waar de klant bij is, doorkleppen. Kijken je amper aan bij de kassa. Nu al 3x met een normale vraag op een bitse wijze beantwoord. Normaal doen is blijkbaar niet meer mogelijk. Zo een grote tegenstelling met alle andere Etos in de buurt(Maxis Muiden, weesp, Amsterdamse poort, hilversum ). Ik ga er niet meer heen!
There are young friendly helpful ladies there, but also 2 older ones who are not customer-oriented. Gossiping in front of the customer, passing through. Barely look at you at the cash register. Already answered 3x with a normal question in a bit of a way. Apparently it is no longer possible to act normally. Such a big contrast with all the other Etos in the area (Maxis Muiden, Weesp, Amsterdamse Poort, Hilversum). I'm not going there anymore!
