j	jills van Roon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik en twee vriendinnen wouden haarverf kopen maar wij mochten niet met z’n alle naar binnen en dit werd erg onaangenaam verteld ook werd ik toen ik de winkel uit liep want we mochten er alleen in met twee personen erg boos ssn gekeken door een personeels lid die ons ssn bleef kijken tot we weg waren gefietst ik ben erg onaangenaam verrast hierdoor en vond dit geen fijne ervaring Me and two friends wanted to buy hair dye but we were not allowed to go inside and this was very unpleasantly told I was also when I walked out of the store because we were only allowed to look at it with two people very angry by a staff member who kept watching us ssn until we cycled away I am very unpleasantly surprised by this and did not find this a pleasant experience

De mensen achter de kassa zijn altijd vrolijk en heel aardig. Als er iets is word je meteen geholpen. Kortom, de service is prima! Ik kom hier waarschijnlijk nog wel een keer. Zeker weten een aanrader als je verzorgingsproducten nodig hebt. Doei:) Nice shop, lots of laundry stuff. Delicious toothpaste! Great for bread! I sometimes buy things and the quality remains good! The people behind the counter are always cheerful and very nice. If there is something you will be helped immediately. In short, the service is great! I'll probably come here again. Enige nadeel is dat er een bebrilde, lange vrouw van een wat oudere leeftijd rondloopt die op een nare toon jongeren aanspreekt niet de producten te openen omdat deze anders niet te verkopen zijn (zelfs als het testers zijn). Verder is het een goede winkel, maar de attitude van mevrouw is een van de redenen dat ik niet meer graag naar binnen ga. Store is very nice, well-arranged and a wide range. The only disadvantage is that a spectacled, tall woman of a somewhat older age is walking around who, in a nasty tone, appeals to young people not to open the products because otherwise they cannot be sold (even if they are testers). Hetgeen ik niet had gelezen op het kleine bordje, omdat ik mijn bril moest afzetten i.v.m. mondkap. Aangekomen bij de scheerspullen ging de dame van de winkel direct in discussie omdat ik zou hebben gezegd dat het niet om een elektronisch 'apparaat' zou gaan. 'Apparaat'. Ik raad de Etos af. " Ja eh dat weet ik niet. Kijk daar maar ff". Top service? Lady with a bunch of curls is unfriendly and not helpful. The employee: "Well it's here isn't it? V	Valeria Stekelenburg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt ongelooflijk onbeschoft hoe je hier wordt behandeld als je niet gaat pinnen. Gisteren wat gehaald in deze winkel, de dame achter de balie, die nog bezig was met een andere klant vroeg of ik wilde pinnen. Mijn antwoord was, nee sorry ik heb alleen cash bij mij, nou vanaf dat moment kreeg ik eerst een oogrol-momentje toegworpen en kon er toen ik aan de beurt was geen enkel vriendelijk woord meer vanaf, geen goedemiddag, geen tot ziens echt niks! Mevrouw u bent daar om te werken hoor, misschien beter thuis gaan zitten zuurpruim! Really unbelievably rude how you are treated here if you don't go pin. Got something yesterday in this store, the lady behind the counter, who was still busy with another customer, asked if I wanted to pin. My answer was, no sorry I only have cash with me, well from that moment on I first got an eye roll moment and when it was my turn I couldn't get a single friendly word from it, no good afternoon, no goodbye really nothing! Madam, you are there to work, perhaps better sit at home sourpuss!
D	Diptasri Basu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop itself is nice but I shall never go back because the service is so incredibly bad! The lady at the counter (she is tall with short dark hair) told me I "should not" return the products I was returning and asked me many questions about why I was returning them - in a very disrespectful and patronising tone as if it was a crime, even though I had a receipt and was returning only 3 of the 10 products I had originally bought. After a while of her questioning, when I told her directly - "either you take the returns, or you refuse to take these back formally in writing on my recceipt', she refused to give me anything in writing and quickly took the returns while mumbling under her breath. It seemed that she thought she could get away with giving me false information about etos return policy because I am not Dutch (I dont speak dutch and Im not ethnic dutch in appearance). I live in Heemstede and spend a lot of money at Etos and I would rather take my custom somewhere else than to a store that hires rude and untrained staff that actually want to dishonour the etos return policy! I informed all my neighbours and family members about the incident.
