Vandaag was ik bij Etos. ik heb een vraag gesteld aan de medewerkster Sandra of de korting ook voor Bibi fopspeen geldig was. zij liet mij direct 1+1 gratis bord liet zien wat onder een andere product stond en vervolgens dat zij dit bord niet onder alle producten kon plaatsen. Toen zei ik dat dit alleen maar een vraag was.
bij de kassa wilde ze mij niet helpen omdat ik aan het bellen was. ik was er echter niet bewust van daarom heb ik gelijk opgehangen omdat ik het ook niet netjes vond tegenover haar. echter wilde ze mij alsnog niet helpen en ik moest bij de andere collega. wat ik jammer vond was dat zij het hardop bij de andere klanten zei. ik vroeg aan haar of wij elders kunnen uitpraten maar niet bij de andere klanten. het antwoord was nee. ik zei dat ik niets wilde kopen en dat ik morgen terug zou komen. weer zei ze dat ik morgen ook niet beter moet komen omdat zij er weer is.
ik vond het nogal onbeschoft. hierbij wil ik mijn klacht melden.

Today I was with Etos. I asked the employee Sandra if the discount was also valid for Bibi pacifier. she immediately showed me 1 + 1 free sign showing what was under another product and then that she could not place this sign under all products. Then I said this was just a question.
at the checkout she did not want to help me because I was calling. however, I was not aware of it, so I immediately hung up because I did not like it either. however, she still did not want to help me and I had to go to the other colleague. what I thought was a pity that she said it aloud to the other customers. I asked her if we can talk elsewhere but not with the other customers. the answer was no. I said I didn't want to buy anything and that I would come back tomorrow. she said again that I shouldn't get better tomorrow because she's back.
I thought it was quite rude. Hereby I want to report my complaint.
