Y	Y. Os on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant personeel net als de eigenaresse zelf waar geen lachje van af kan! Je voelt je totaal niet welkom in deze winkel. Voortaan de bestellingen maar via de webshop of een andere drogisterij. Arrogant staff just like the owner herself who can't get rid of a smile! You don't feel completely welcome in this store. From now on the orders but via the webshop or another drugstore.

Ik moest 1 potje medicijnen hebben, echter zegt de dame aar en bril gaat u maar naar mijn collega en praat lachend verder met de andere collega. wat voel je je dan geschoffeerd , als een kleine jongen weggestuurd te worden. Kan me goed voorstellen dat je mensen steeds meer online gaan kopen, in plaats van zo denigrerend te worden behandeld. with the red hKom just away from the etos, 2 cash registers manned behind 1 even 2 ladies. C	Cihan Ersoy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is absoluut niet mijn intentie om zeurderig over te komen. Maar wil wel noemen wat ik heb meegemaakt. Ging vandaag Etos Heerenveen binnen. Pakte iets uit de winkel waar een prijs op stond van 2,09. Bij de kassa aangekomen wordt er 6 euro voor gevraagd. Ik vroeg verbaasd of dit wel klopte. We liepen vervolgens samen terug naar waar ik het vandaan had gehaald. Inderdaad 2,09 euro. Vervolgens komt er iemand de zaak binnenlopen die een gebruikte mondkapje wil ruilen aangezien deze toch te groot bleek. Dit was een minderjarige jongen, waarop het personeelslid die bezig was met mij, vrolijk bij mij weggaat zonder maar ook iets te zeggen en deze jonge knaap helpt met het ruilen van het gebruikte mondkapje. Na lang wachten besluit ik toch naar de kassa weer te lopen waar een ander dame het product afrekent. Ik noem nog een keer dat de prijzen niet kloppen. Waarop we vervolgens nog een keer naar de schappen lopen. Zij ziet ook dat bij het product 2,09 euro staat alleen was het echte prijskaartje van het product achter geraakt. Al met al vind ik dat de gang van zaken bij Etos Heerenveen wel wat meer extra aandacht en service mag krijgen. It is absolutely not my intention to come across as whiny. After a long wait, I decide to go back to the checkout where another lady pays for the product. I say again that the prices are not correct. Then we walk to the shelves again. She also sees that the product stands at 2.09 euros, but the real price tag of the product had fallen behind. All in all, I think the course of affairs at Etos Heerenveen deserves a little more extra attention and service.
