If you can, stay away from this company. They asked for 650 EUR in cash as service fee. This is illegal practice according to Dutch law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful: they even let me go to viewings that were already booked out when I explained my situation. They can conduct business in English and they seemed to know what they were doing when I came to things like inspections. I would have given them 5 stars if the fees they charge you (which I don't think we're advertised very well) weren't so steep but hey, they did get me a studio so at least they earned their keep.

I didn't have a real estate agent on my own so I was keep asking questions to the EU-makelaar (Rokhia) which they were all answered thoroughly. Good tips and advice while helping me find a notary, energy providers etc. Overall very satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful and friendly agency. An agent was assigned to me who searched for apartments fitting my requirements and organized the viewings. The agent then accompanied me to the multiple viewings and discussed my interest on them afterwards to forward the application or not.
I recomment using their services if you lack the time or knowledge to do the search and organize the viewings. They are always fast to answer any questions and help however possible.
