(Ik had het van te voren aangegeven dat ik wekelijkse afspraken had) Sorry hoor, maar heb je liever iemand voor 32u die bijna geen fouten maakt, en zich enorm inzet.... Of iemand van 40u die fout op fout op fout blijft maken, zodat een vast personeelslid nog 20u moet verdoen om alles weer recht te zetten?

(I had indicated in advance that I had weekly appointments) Sorry, but would you prefer someone for 32 hours who makes almost no mistakes, and who makes an enormous effort .... Or someone of 40 hours who keeps making mistakes after mistakes , so that a permanent staff member still has to waste 20 hours to put everything right again?
