Flowers were absolutely as described and were delivered on Christmas eve as ordered. Would highly recommend flowers from Euroflorist Nederland - my mother-in-law was especially happy with the quality and colours of the flowers.

It would be looked into and I would be informed. That didn't happen, so I called them again. Then they told me they tried to deliver it twice but no one was at home. I stayed home all day today because it was a surprise. Then they were sort of blaming me and telling me I could go pick them up myself at the florist. I said I'd rather have a refund, but that was impossible. So I called the florist myself and they were very helpful. Will never order at Euroflorist again.

I ordered them for Amsterdam all the way from Indonesia, and there wasn't any confusion!! I highly recommend!!

It was hard to choose when there were so many to choose from. Happy with our decision after a long search but when we were sent of the bunch that arrived at the address we were a little underwhelmed with it.

Great, fast service and the flowers were beautiful. Though I did not mention it when I ordered, the timing was critical. We all couldn't be happier with the service.

However, the lack of tracking made me a bit anxious (on the website they said I'd get same day delivery if the order was placed before a certain time, and later, on customer service, they said a different time - that uncertainty, plus not knowing the status of my order, made me feel that my gift was going to miss my friend's birthday), but they did deliver the package on the same day. Just a bit more transparency and communication would make the service perfect.

Only problem was the yellow ones started to wilt only after a few hours of arriving at the destination. These were taken out and put into a smaller vase and separated from the rest. Once this was done they began to come to life. All good. 5 stars will use again. Very happy.
