 No long wait. Normal tone of voice from the office staff and I had no contact at all with the loading staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ В офисе регистрации на первое что натыкаешься, это негативное отношение к водителю иностранцу. Нормально общаются только с водителями Нидерландов. Лысоватый мужчина очень не приятная личность. Руководству этой компании нужно заняться своим персоналом.
At the registration office, the first thing you come across is a negative attitude towards a foreign driver. They only communicate normally with Dutch drivers. The bald man is not a very pleasant person. The management of this company needs to take care of its personnel.
