Po przybyciu do biura Euromaster Venlo pracownik nie miał zapisanej wizyty, zgodził się zapoznać z tematem zmiany opon. Po podejściu do samochodu wytłumaczyłem, że mam opony nowe i chcę zmienić jedna oś (tył pojazdu) pracownik uśmiechnął się i powiedział że zobaczy co można zrobić w tym temacie. Po chwili wrócił z warsztatu i oznajmił że wymiana dwóch opon będzie kosztować 80 euro. Na moje pytanie, że przy umawianiu wizyty pracownica Euromaster oświadczyła że od jedno koła koszt wynosi 25 euro. Obsługujący zmieszał się i tłumaczył że taki koszt usługi jest przy zakupie opon w Euromaster. Dodam że jak bym zakupił opony internetowo koszt założenia opony od sztuki wynosi 12,50 euro. Mam wrażenie że ktoś próbował mnie narazić na stratę pieniędzy. Dodam że opona 195/60/15 88 H NOKIAN ILINA kosztuję 55 euro. Pozdrawiam i życzę dużo zdrowia. Brak profesjonalizmu.
