β β β β β The staff was super friendly, as a first time car renter I expected things to be alot more complicated than they actually where. The staff was super friendly when handling paper work and super friendly when doing the van check up and reminding us to refuel the car to avoid paying extra

β β β β β I rented a car back to 2019, a front tire exploded while I was driving on high way. After tire was fixed, they did not return the deposit and claimed that tire was not included in insurance??? They asked me pay another 210 eur for tire fixing fee, so that we could get our deposit back...I was so confusing that tire which is the most important part does not included in insurance?? Since then, I have never booked their cars. So give a little reminder, check the insurance courage carefully before you pay.
