★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 664 euro voor 3 klein scratches aan de bumper die er al waren maar onder de modder, dit zelf met verzekering voor eigen schade, heel slecht service.
 664 euros for 3 small scratches on the bumper that were already there but covered in mud, this itself with insurance for own damage, very bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their website never lets me properly make a reservation, but the place is easy to get to (two minutes from tram stop). It’s right next to a petroleum station and the staff are always efficient, especially the Spanish guy who checks the existing bumps and bruises on the car you are renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time using Europcar in the Netherlands, and both times I had a very good experience. What I would note is that both time I was upgraded for free to a bigger car (I wanted a small utility vehicle or a van) which for me worked out well because I had more space for my things (I moved house, both times). However, some people might not want that given some very small and narrow streets found in Dutch cities). But personally I am very happy with the experience.
