S	Steff Appeltans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na het 'plannen' van de aanpassingen aan de auto werd goed gecommuniceerd over wat te verwachten valt en wat de levertermijnen zouden zijn (niet vanzelfsprekend tijdens de Covid-periode). Aangezien ik zelf zo goed als mogelijk op de hoogte wil zijn van voor- en nadelen van elke aanpassing, bombardeerde ik de heren met vragen. Altijd netjes en duidelijk antwoord gekregen. Ook betreffende de tijdspanne voor de installatie van de upgrades valt niets negatiefs te zeggen. Ook hieromtrent weer duidelijke communicatie op voorhand. Los van dit alles is de kwaliteit van de geleverde spullen natuurlijk van het grootste belang. Afgaande op andere reviews had ik hier weinig schrik voor en dat bleek achteraf een terecht gevoel. Er bestaan nog vakmensen! ? Since I want to be aware of the pros and cons of each adjustment as best I can, I bombarded the gentlemen with questions. Always received a neat and clear answer. There is also nothing negative to say about the time frame for the installation of the upgrades. Clear communication in advance about this too. Apart from all this, the quality of the delivered goods is of course of the utmost importance. Judging from other reviews, I was not afraid of this and that turned out to be a right feeling afterwards. There are still professionals! ?

Ze hebben 10 jaar geleden mijn T-5R getuned en daar was ik zeer over te spreken. Ik bestel er ook regelmatig onderdelen. Mensen met passie voor het vak, kennis van zaken en bovenal vriendelijk en prettig in de communicatie. Alle lof voor Pedro die werkelijk een visitekaartje is voor het bedrijf. Ga zo door mannen! I have been doing business with European Tuning for quite some time and can highly recommend this company. They tuned my T-5R 10 years ago and I was very pleased with it. I also regularly order parts from them. People with a passion for the profession, knowledge of the business and above all friendly and pleasant in communication. All credit to Pedro who is truly a calling card for the company. Keep it up guys!

Even laten weten wat er aan de hand is had alles uitgemaakt. Uitlaat is overigens geweldig. After 4 weeks finally received my ordered exhaust. At that time, no communication from the company about the delay. Just letting them know what's going on would have made all the difference. Exhaust is great by the way.
