The staff was very friendly and helpful and the service was free of charge! I can recommend this to every consumer with a cross-border problem in the EU. Thumbs up! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 12 months of frustrating attempts to get my refund from the travel agency e-Dreams for a double booking, I contacted ECC to help me with this case. Their lawyer, Mr. Witvliet, represented me and helped me raise a complaint, and after 3 months I got my money back, which I considered a complete miracle. Mr Witvliet was so professional and helpful. I recommend everyone to use ECC's help when their own voice is not strong enough.

After my flight was cancelled due to COVID last year in May, with their help I was finally able to receive a refund from TAP Portugal in August this year (2021)!!! 500 euros! I don't live in Europe anymore and haven't left the country since last year so without their help I would have lost this money. Thank you so much for all your help and amazing work!
