Pleasant reception, clear explanation. Nice roof bought at Eurosol with sliding glass doors. Friendly technicians who have built everything. Very meticulous when finishing the assembly. Extremely satisfied from quotation to delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unhappy with the response time for the repair. The sun screen was installed with defect (wrinkled on extension), then broke. After it's first reported it took a month for them to come to fix it, but the fix didn't take more than a week then it broke again. It took another weeks for them to come back to check again, and only then they realized it's beyond any possibility for fixing, instead it has to be replaced but it will take another "3 months" for them to order the replacement screen.....The patience is ground to near zero. Will have to see what's gonna happen next in Feb 2021!
