Ook was de lokatie vrolijk versiert voor de komende feestdagen. Het podium in de eetzaal beloofde heel wat. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. We were with Henriëte Roland Hols for a short job in the lobby. There was enough ruring there and we had the feeling that something was happening. The location was also cheerfully decorated for the coming holidays. The podium in the dining room was very promising. The staff were very helpful.

Ik gebeld hebben op woensdag en ze hadden het nog niet ontvangen dus het huis gebeld en die zei het was een groot pakket en is mee gegeven aan de verpeging maar ze gaat er niet achteraan omdat het haar werk niet is. Wat voor moeiteloos dat om even te bellen waar het gebleven. I sent a package that was delivered Friday at one point it said Monday and the app said it had been delivered. I called on Wednesday and they hadn't received it yet so called the house and they said it was a large package and was given to the perpeging but she doesn't go after it because it's not her job. How effortless that to just call where it left off.
W	William on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helaas geen aanrader als je goede zorg zoekt. Een tante heeft hier drie jaar gelegen. Helaas heeft het verblijf haar weinig gebracht. Het verzorgend personeel is niet echt betrokken en laat bewoners aan hun lot over. Klagen heeft geen zin want uiteindelijk wordt de bewoner daar het slachtoffer van. Zo wordt duidelijk dat een mooie naam voor een verpleeghuis geen garantie is voor goede en warme zorg! Unfortunately not recommended if you are looking for good care. An aunt was here for three years. Unfortunately, the stay brought her little. The care staff are not really involved and leave residents to their own devices. There is no point in complaining because in the end the resident becomes the victim of it. This makes it clear that a beautiful name for a nursing home is no guarantee for good and warm care!

Schoonmoeder heeft na 4 weken nog steeds geen douche gezien en moet gemiddeld anderhalf uur wachten tot er iemand komt als ze belt voor hulp. Krijgt s nachts een luier om, zodat t personeel niet langs hoeft te komen als ze moet plassen. Er wordt haar verteld dat ze max. 2x mag bellen per nacht. Plassen is een obsessie! En oefenen met haar omdat de fysio dat vraagt is er al helemaal niet bij... en juist dat is zo belangrijk. Als ze weer kan staan, kan ze naar huis. #verdrietig The grooming is minimal. Mother-in-law has still not seen a shower after 4 weeks and has to wait an average of an hour and a half for someone to come when she calls for help. Nappy changed at night so staff don't have to come by when they need to pee. She is told that she can call up to 2x per night. Peeing is an obsession! And practicing with her because the physiotherapist asks is not an option at all ... and that is so important. If she can stand up again, she can go home. #sad
