De jeugd van de buren maken het pakketje open en gebruiken het item ,de ouders waren niet thuis en brengen het opgestuurde item beschadigd 3 uur later bij me thuis. EMS heeft totaal geen moeite gedaan het product bij me af te leveren,geen briefje in de bus met bericht waar het is afgeleverd en het komt beschadigd en geopend bij me thuis. EMS delivers a package to the neighbors while I am at home. The neighbors' youth open the package and use the item, the parents were not at home and brought the item that was sent damaged to me 3 hours later. EMS has made no effort at all to deliver the product to me, no note in the bus with a message where it was delivered and it will be damaged and opened at my home.

Bij de kleinere evenementen zie je een betere structuur voorbij komen met een duidelijke taakstelling. Bij grotere evenementen zoals defqon zie je dat de organisatie chaotisch is en dat het minder goed geregeld is. Op social media zie je dat het bedrijf zich profileert door vaak de uitruk diensten op de foto te zetten wat voor het publiek het meest aantrekkelijk is. Wat ze niet er bij vermelden is dat je meestal op een post staat en dat er niet tot nauwelijks door gewisseld wordt bij deze ploegen, dit lijkt voor social media niet interessant genoeg te zijn. Zo kan het dus meerdere keren gebeuren dat je op “uitrukdiensten” gepland staat maar toch wordt ingezet op de post. De organisatie faciliteert heel erg veel maar juist bij de grotere evenementen zie je dat ze moeite hebben om alles rond te krijgen. Naar mijn inziens gaat dit regelmatig af van de kwaliteit van zorg voor de patiënten. Wanneer het bedrijf ook de grotere evenementen structuur kan bieden en het meer te organiseren zal je zien dat de kwaliteit van zorg voor patiënten én de snelheid van behandelen sterk omhoog zullen gaan.
