I know that this shop is not open to private clientsbut only to dealers (there is a sign on the entrance indicating this).
I had a technical problem with an inverter made by Mastervolt and a technical question. As Exalto is selling this special type I hoped to get there an answer to my question.
I didn't get any satisfying answer and I was treated very badly, very unfriendly indeed with no intention by the elderly staff to serve a possible client.
I cannot recommend that shop at all because of bad customer treatment reasons.
