de klantvriendelijkheid en goede service is hier heel ver te zoeken.
het personeel zit te bellen achter de balie en keken niet op of om toen ik binnen kwam lopen, ik stond zelfs meer dan 2 minuten te wachten om geholpen te worden, terwijl ik de enigste klant binnen was op dat moment, heel vreemd want er was wel een handvol personeel aanwezig,
maar ze keken me aan zo van wat moet je, ze vroegen niet eens:
"kan ik u ergens mee helpen"?...nee hoor veel te vermoeiend!
Heb uiteindelijk toch maar een fles olie voor de auto gekocht omdat ik het gelijk nodig had, maar er zijn genoeg andere automaterialen zaken waar ze je wel vlot, vriendelijk en fatsoenlijk helpen en die ook nog goedkoper zijn dus ons zien ze hier nooit meer terug!

the customer-friendliness and good service is hard to find here.
the staff is calling behind the counter and was not looking at or when I walked in, I was even waiting more than 2 minutes to be helped, while I was the only customer at the time, very strange because there was a handful of staff present,
but they looked at me like what to do, they didn't even ask:
"can I help you with something"? ... no too much tiring!
In the end I only bought a bottle of oil for the car because I needed it right away, but there are plenty of other car parts where they help you smoothly, friendly and decent and are also cheaper so we will never see them here again!
