D	DennisM 0412 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ heb hier een uitlaat besteld voor mijn vw polo. op de website stond dat deze op voorraad was en de levertijd was 2-3 dagen. niets is minder waar. na 1 week toch maar even gebeld waar de uitlaat bleef. er werd mij verteld dat deze ge-dropshipped werd en niet vanuit hun kwam. erg slecht. staat op de site niks over vermeld. als je iets op dropshipped heb je zelf niks op voorraad dus er klopt niks van. de levering kan 2 tot 3 weken duren. trap er niet in! Ordernummer: 21035953 ordered an exhaust for my vw polo here. the website said it was in stock and the delivery time was 2-3 days. Nothing is less true. after 1 week I called where the exhaust was. I was told it was dropshipped and not from them. very bad. nothing about it is mentioned on the site. if you dropshipped something, you don't have anything in stock yourself, so it doesn't make sense. delivery can take 2 to 3 weeks. don't fall for it! t	te ring on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uitlaatdemper besteld bleek bij binnenkomst niet te passen , na wat bellen en mailen bleek dat deze door een klant was vernield , kosteloos een nieuwe bezorgd en oude mocht ik houden . Dikke + voor de afhandeling en klantvriendelijkheid, Achteraf blijkt dat de uitlaat veel te laag hangt en gewoon een reeks misproductie betreft, vandaar lage prijs en de eerst ontvangen uitlaat door een andere klant getracht is aan te passen. Exhaust muffler ordered did not fit on arrival, after some calling and emailing it turned out that it had been destroyed by a customer, a new one was delivered free of charge and I was allowed to keep the old one. Wel een beetje buig en richtwerk maar dat heb je ook wel eens met een originele uitlaat. Ik kan het aanbevelen, voor de prijs van alleen een Bosal achterdemper heb ik nu een complete uitlaat inclusief katalysator. Ja echt voor €170 inclusief verzendkosten een compleet nieuw systeem! Super blij mee, bedankt uitlaat-winkel.nl ? Neatly delivered on time, good quality and enough material included to mount 2 exhausts. Exhaust does not sound different from original and quality is fine. A bit of bending and alignment, but you sometimes have that with an original exhaust. I can recommend it, for the price of only a Bosal rear silencer I now have a complete exhaust including catalytic converter. Yes really for € 170 including shipping a completely new system! Op de site staat "op voorraad"met een levertijd van 2 tot 5 werkdagen In werkelijkheid ben ik inmiddels al 3 weken aan het wachten omdat het artikel niet op voorraad is. Als je vervolgens telefonisch contact probeerd op te nemen met ze, word je gewoon dmv een automatisch bandje doorverwezen naar de mail en word de verbinding verbroken. Het is zelfs zo erg dat je gewoon geblokkeerd word om te kunnen bellen met ze en via de mail worden valse beloftes gedaan die niet nagekomen worden. Ik heb zelden zo'n slechte klantenservice mee gemaakt als hier en ik heb na 3 weken nog steeds niks binnen gekregen. Ik ga ze verzoeken de bestelling te annuleren en waar nodig zal ik gerechtelijke stappen gaan ondernemen tegen ze. Uitlaat- winkel kon niet het juiste model leveren en ik heb alles teruggestuurd. Pas na het inschakelen van rechtsbijstandhulp heb ik mijn geld teruggekregen. Vanaf de bestelling is het moeizaam communiceren geweest. Op email wordt niet gereageerd. En als je belt wordt de hoorn er op gegooid. Ik heb nog nooit meegemaakt dat een webwinkel op alle fronten slecht presteert. Very bad experience. delivery took 9 days, while it would be in stock. They also responded a lot slower via email/support chat but they did come through by phone. I also have to mention that even if the processing by them is slow, the delivery provided by GLS is where your order will really pick up the pace.
