The nicest and nicest store in Arnhem. A very extensive range which is always supplemented so that I can try new things every time.

β β β β β Onbeschofte eigenaar. Reden? Een simpele vraag is blijkbaar te veel voor de uitbater. Verder een erg beperkt assortiment en producten niet op voorraad. Geen winkel om voor om te fietsen, maar wel genoeg reden om dΓ³Γ³r te fietsen.
Rude owner. Reason? A simple question is apparently too much for the operator. Furthermore, a very limited range and products are not in stock. Not a shop to cycle for, but enough reason to continue cycling.

β β β β β Customer service is rude, slow and insulting!!! A simple question of how long something would take is too much to ask from the owner of the shop. Iβd rather drive 30mins extra than come to this shop and be spoken to the way I was spoken to. Came for a refund on a money transfer transaction and got my cash rudely thrown at me.
