Sporten in kleine groepen waardoor er veel aandacht is voor persoonlijke coaching, voldoende keuze in verschillende activiteiten en vooral een prettige en gemoedelijke sfeer waar ieder ruimte heeft om zijn eigen doelen te behalen. Working out with Ilja and Patrick for several years (both very skilled in their field) and still very satisfied.
