Vandaag mijn wasmachine gekregen heel tevreden over de afspraak werd keurig nagekomen vriendelijke monteurs / bezorgers ik ben blij ?

Jammer dat ze je hier glashard staan voor te liegen! Ik vraag of ik niet het showroom model ga krijgen.... en ja hoor, wat krijg ik...; het showroom model!! Zonder verpakking geleverd en blijkt dus diezelfde dag uit het schap verdwenen. Dan weet ik genoeg. Maar i.p.v. eerlijk te zijn, krijg je smoezen. Apparaat lijkt verder wel goed te zijn, maar dit is niet zoals het hoort. Wees eerlijk!!
Too bad they are lying to you here! I ask if I am not going to get the showroom model .... and yes, what do I get ...; the showroom model !! Delivered without packaging and thus appears to have disappeared from the shelf that same day. Then I know enough. But instead of being honest, you get excuses. Device seems to be good, but this is not as it should be. Be honest!!

De service is -zoals de andere reviews ook zeggen- inderdaad heel slecht. Na twee negatieve ervaringen met deze Expert-winkel vond ik het tijd om mijn eerste Google-review te schrijven. Koop aub bij een andere kleine middenstander (en niet online) die wel weet wat service is als er iets kapot gaat (binnen garantietermijn!).
The service is -as other reviews also say- very bad indeed. After two negative experiences with this Expert store, I thought it was time to write my first Google review. Please buy from another small retailer (and not online) who knows what service is if something breaks (within the warranty period!).

Hier wordt je niet gelukkig. Na aansluiten tv apparatuur deed de randapparatuur het niet meer. Jammer maar er zou naar deze randapparatuur gekeken worden. Na veel navragen (want uit zichzelf werd er niet gebeld) bleek dat deze weggegooid was omdat hij stuk was. Lijkt mij dat zoiets in overleg gaat. Nieuw apparaat werd aangeraden maar die was behoorlijk duur. Blijkt dat er een eenvoudig type was voor veel minder geld maar deze werd niet geadviseerd. Weinig productkennis? Meer marge? Na eerdere slechtere ervaringen was dit de laatste want wij komen er niet meer. EΓ©n ster gegeven want nul kan niet
You will not be happy here. After connecting TV equipment, the peripherals stopped working. Too bad, but these peripherals would be looked at. After a lot of inquiries (because there was no calling of itself) it turned out that it had been thrown away because it was broken. It seems to me that something like this is going to be discussed. New device was recommended, but it was quite expensive. Turns out there was a simple type for a lot less money but this one was not advised. Little product knowledge? More margin? After previous worse experiences this was the last because we will not be there anymore. Given one star because zero is not possible

Dit was de 1e en laatste keer bij de zogenaamde Expert. Op 23-11 een koelkast besteld i.v.m. de geest geven oude koelkast. Verwachte levering donderdag 25-11. Gebeld op donderdag maar koelkast was niet binnen. Vrijdag zelf weer gebeld en koelkast was binnen maar kon pas zaterdag middag geleverd worden. Vooruit dan maar. Zaterdag einde middag staat de zogenaamde Expert met busje voor maar rijd weg. Ik word gebeld dat de koelkast er toch niet is. Uiteindelijk wordt de koelkast op dinsdag 30-11 geleverd. Moet zelf ook nog helpen met naar boven en beneden brengen terwijl ik drempel service heb betaald. Die kosten krijg ik terug na er zelf achter aangebeld te hebben. Lang verhaal kort: geen communicatie (goed of slecht nieuws) van de zogenaamde Expert omtrent levering of vertraging of geste voor het zeer lange wachten. Je moet er constant zelf achteraan. Echt slecht. Het principe van service is onbekend bij deze zogenaamde Expert.
This was the 1st and last time at the so-called Expert. Ordered a refrigerator on 23-11 due to give up the ghost old refrigerator. Expected delivery Thursday 25-11. Called on Thursday but fridge was not in. Called again on Friday and fridge was in but could not be delivered until Saturday afternoon. Alright then. At the end of Saturday afternoon, the so-called Expert is standing in front of the van, but drive away. I get a call that the fridge isn't there after all. Finally, the refrigerator will be delivered on Tuesday 30-11. Also have to help with bringing up and down while I have paid threshold service. I will get those costs back after ringing the doorbell myself. Long story short: no communication (good or bad news) from the so-called Expert regarding delivery or delay or gesture for the very long wait. You constantly have to go after it yourself. Really bad. The principle of service is unknown to this so-called Expert.

Wilde een koptelefoon kopen, hadden ze niet op voorraad maar zouden ze bestellen. Dit was op een vrijdag, zeiden dat hij er maandag zou zijn. Maandag erachteraan gebeld maar niks geleverd, nog een paar keer gebeld en werd gemeld dat ze hem toch binnenkort verwachtten. Onderhand zijn we 1.5 maand verder en heb ik nog niks gehoord, erg jammer.
Wanted to buy headphones, didn't have them in stock but would order them. This was on a Friday, said he would be there Monday. Called back on Monday but nothing was delivered, called a few more times and it was reported that they were expecting him soon. We are now 1.5 months further and I have not heard anything yet, very unfortunate.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN THIS STORE. Don't make our mistake and ignore the bad reviews. IN SHORT: delivery takes weeks, terrible service, store illegally refuses returns, then only gives back part of the money, we lost close to 100 euro and got nothing from them, now looking to sue them. Literally the worst costumer service we have ever experienced. We made an online order, a week and then 2 weeks pass and we hear nothing. We kept calling and asking when our order will arrive and they just provided empty promises. Not a good start. Instead of using PostNL they used a private delivery company that was completely incapable, and kept saying we weren't home when we were, refusing to communicate in any way (eg they wouldnt call, wouldnt send emails and even wont tell us what time they came) to us it seemed like they never came at all. Eventually we had to take a bus to Haren (we live in Groningen) and get the laptop we bought by ourselves. All of this took a few weeks and in the meantime we got another laptop (we needed one within a few days, not within months) and so we had to return the one we bought from expert. Expert strongly and illegaly refused to accept the return. At first telling us that it is our problem. We kept calling every day and every day they said "the owner is out and we cant do anything". After a while they recognized us and lied saying the owner was "on vacation for 2 weeks", of course 2 weeks is the time to return a product. Also, very believable that the owner goes on vacation for 2 weeks in the middle of the day, after he was in the store in the morning. We had to physically go in the store and argue with rude and incapable staff. They only "agreed" to give us back some of our money because of "delivery costs" (I remind you that there was no delivery and we had to pick the laptop from the store). So we payed close to 100 euro for literally nothing. Overall, terrible communication full of lies. Lazyness of both staff and owner. A business that is ran with bad intentions. We are looking to sue this store. Don't buy here.
