β β β β β Relatief kleine winkel. Ik had al veel informatie via de site. Koop was snel gesloten. Installatie van de aankoop is niet gratis. Moest het aankoopbedrag volledig voldoen. Word nog gebeld over de levering.
Relatively small shop. I already had a lot of information through the site. Sale was quickly closed. Installation of the purchase is not free. Had to pay the purchase price in full. Will be called about delivery.

Hij denk ik krijg tog wel mijn salaris en ik dacht er is nog zoveel winkel waar ik mijn aankoop kan doen.
Ik ga nooit meer bij expert winkel iets kopen.
Hoofd kantoor gebeld hiervoor receptioniste was niet geΓ―nteresseerd in mijn verhaal ze maakte juist zorgen voor de medewerker die mij niet moeite deed om te helpen.
Wat een medewerkers heeft expert die niks willen verkopen.
What a staff are not ready to help the customer.
He thinks I will get my salary and I thought there is still so much store where I can make my purchase.
I will never buy anything from expert store again.
Called head office for this receptionist was not interested in my story she was just concerned about the employee who didn't bother to help me.
What an expert has employees who don't want to sell anything.

I have never had any issue buying online from a Dutch company until I tried Expert.nl. In December/2020 I bought earbuds from Expert.nl to give to my daughter (Christmas present) as the price was slightly lower than from other competitors (Bol, Coolblue, Media Market etc). My daughter was so happy and excited when she got it, until she opened the product and realized that it was not working. Fine, it can happen... but then, when I tried to return it and get a new one I realized that this company is not like the other in Netherlands. First, there is not easy way in the website to do it. Secondly, after sending an e-mail I got the reply saying that one specific store should contact me. After some weeks, there was no contact. Then, after insisting a bit I got a reply saying that I would need to send it back to a specific address, at my expenses, including a note explaining what was wrong with the product. Very disappointing support as I was expecting an easier way to return it - as they could had sent a return label and pay for the shipping costs! Despite the Covid situation, I buy online because I expect convenience. It is not convenient buying from this company.
Lesson was learned - I will never buy from this company again!
