Mijn kinderen hebben de afgelopen jaren nog wel eens drinken laten vallen over de bank, in plaats van een nieuwe bank aan te schaffen vond ik het de moeite waard om te laten reinigen! Ik heb een driezits, voor €69 was dit meer dan waard. Ik had €10,- voorrijkosten (niet dat dit een probleem is, want dat hoort erbij, maar het was mij pas verteld bij het afrekenen) Mijn tip: laat de medewerkers (al is het een t-shirt) met bedrijfskleding werken, dat straalt professionaliteit uit! Super on time and I was able to continue working while cleaning my couch. The results are impressive! What a difference! In recent years, my children have dropped drinks all over the couch, instead of buying a new couch, I thought it was worth having it cleaned! I have a three seater, for €69 this was more than worth it. I had a €10 call-out fee (not that this is a problem, because that's part of it, but I was only told at checkout) My tip: let the employees (even if it's a t-shirt) work with company clothing, that radiates professionalism!

We hadden een aanvraag gedaan voor een ovenreiniger en op zeer kort termijn werd er al contact met ons opgenomen. Een gezellige en professionele houding van Jerome. Héél blij met het eind resultaat en de roosters van de afzuigkap ook nog even schoongemaakt. Zowel de oven als de roosters van de afzuigkap zien er als nieuw uit! Extremehomecare (Jerome) mag vaker langs komen. This gentleman (Jerome) arrived on time and first explained what he was going to do and which products were used. We had made a request for an oven cleaner and we were contacted very shortly. A pleasant and professional attitude from Jerome. Very happy with the end result and the grilles of the extractor hood also cleaned. Both the oven and the grilles of the extractor hood look like new! Extreme home care (Jerome) may visit more often.

Een paar uur voor de afspraak belde het bedrijf nog op om de afspraak te bevestigen wat ik zeer prettig vond. Een tip: Als je via de telefoon geen contact krijgt vul dan het contactformulier van hun website in en ze bellen je de volgende dag op, super goede klantenservice :) Today this company cleaned our oven.
