Ipv de normale winkeltijd van 6 uur. En dan ook nog niet eens koopavond zoals vandaag de rest hier wel! Maar ook de website niet up to date. Winkeltijden staan er niet eens op. Waardeloos!!! ? A friend tells you that there is a nice shop here. Drive after work. Did it just close !! They close at half past six.! Instead of the normal shopping time of 6 hours. And not even shopping night like the rest here today! But the website is also not up to date. Shopping times are not even on it. Worthless!!! ?

Eerst laten ze de klacht twee weken liggen, vervolgens krijg je de mededeling dat de jas naar de leverancier wordt gestuurd en moet je nog drie weken wachten. In totaal dus 5 weken zonder jas en dan vinden ze dat je niet moet zeuren! Een compromis is niet te sluiten. Korting onbespreekbaar. Typisch geval van slechte service, gecombineerd met onbenullig personeel... Ik zeg: NOOIT MEER NAARTOE!! Lousy service !!! If you buy a jacket of € 250.00 that breaks after a week you have a problem at this store. First they leave the complaint for two weeks, then you get the notification that the jacket is being sent to the supplier and you have to wait another three weeks. So in total 5 weeks without a jacket and then they think you shouldn't whine! A compromise cannot be made. Discount not negotiable. Typical case of bad service, combined with potty staff ... Klarna (een achteraf betalingsvorm) wanneer je een bestelling hebt geplaatst, en je krijgt ook al van Klarna bericht dat ze een factuur voor je hebben aangemaakt, krijg je plots een appje van hun dat ze de bestelling gaan annuleren omdat hij onder de 50 Euro is en dat Klarna-betaling dan te kostbaar is. Dit heb ik vantevoren nergens op hun site kunnen ontdekken. Slechte zaak!
