De collega's zijn fijn om mee te mogen werken. het kantoorpersoneel is open en vriendelijk. Bij Eye Watch Security Group zijn er ook doorgroeimogelijkheden in tegenstelling tot andere bedrijven. Hoewel ik dit normaal niet doe vind ik dat Eye Watch Security Group dit wel verdiend. Ik raad dit bedrijf aan bij meerdere mensen. I started two years ago within Eye Watch Security Group, it is a very nice company! The colleagues are nice to be able to work with. the office staff is open and friendly. At Eye Watch Security Group there are also growth opportunities unlike other companies. Although I don't normally do this, I think Eye Watch Security Group deserves this. I recommend this company to several people.

In het kader van teambuilding krijgen wij als werknemers veel steun vanuit de directie (teamuitjes etc.), blijven de teams hecht en worden er leuke werkplekken gecreeërd. In de tijd dat ik werkzaam ben bij Eye Watch Security merk ik dat er heel veel tijd en moeite is gestoken in het verbeteren van arbeidsvoorwaarden en zijn we als collectief bezig om een mooi en gezond bedrijf neer te zetten. Normaal gesproken ben ik geen persoon die reviews schrijft echter voel ik me genoodzaakt om te laten zien dat Eye Watch Security bezig is met een groei om niet alleen een goed bedrijf te zijn, maar vooral een goede werkgever. I started as an object security guard 2 years ago and, thanks to the support of many people within the organization, I have been able to work up to security supervisor. In the context of team building, we as employees receive a lot of support from the management (team outings, etc.), the teams remain close and nice workplaces are created. During the time that I have been working at Eye Watch Security, I notice that a lot of time and effort has been put into improving employment conditions and we are working as a collective to create a beautiful and healthy company. Normally I am not a person who writes reviews, however I feel compelled to show that Eye Watch Security is growing to not only be a good company, but above all a good employer.

De communicatie verloopt vlekkeloos, de missie en visie is helder én afspraken worden nagekomen. Een prettig bedrijf om mee samen te werken en we hopen dan ook op meerdere samenwerkingen. In 2019 heb ik ervoor gekozen om eens te proeven bij een ander bedrijf. Toen bleek dat het gras niet groener was aan de andere kant, toch ervoor gekozen om weer terug te komen met goede afspraken waardoor we prive en werk goed kunnen combineren! Eyewatch is een werkgever die eerlijk is en zegt waar het op staat. Die zijn uiterste best doet om voor de werknemer een luisterend oor te bieden en te steunen waar nodig. Een bedrijf dat continu doorwerkt aan verbeteringen en uitbreidingen, in de beveiligings sector als intern! De samenwerking met directie en collega's ervaar ik als zeer prettig en informeel. De organisatie houdt korte lijntjes met haar personeel, is hartelijk en verwelkomend naar nieuwe medewerkers en biedt veel ruimte en vrijheid voor groei en ontwikkeling. Perfectie bestaat niet, dus ook deze organisatie heeft te maken met positieve kanten en ontwikkelpunten. Mijn ervaring van de afgelopen twee jaar is, dat Eye Watch in een stijgende lijn zit en daardoor steeds professioneler en kwalitatiever wordt. Ik ben blij dat ik als medewerker mag meewerken aan deze groei en deze ook mag uitstralen naar de klanten en collega's binnen mijn team. Nogmaals, Eye Watch is niet perfect, maar heeft zeker te weten vele voordelen ten opzichte van andere organisaties. Zo ben ik vorig jaar een half jaar bij een andere werkgever gaan werken, maar heb ik ondervonden dat het gras niet altijd groener is bij de ander. Het gras is groener waar je het water geeft. Oftewel, waar je zelf tijd, energie en motivatie in investeert. There are many security companies on the labor market, but few where you get such opportunities to further develop yourself as a professional as here. The organization maintains short lines of communication with its staff, is warm and welcoming to new employees and offers plenty of room and freedom for growth and development. Perfection does not exist, so this organization also has to deal with positive aspects and points for development. My experience over the past two years is that Eye Watch is on an upward trend and is therefore becoming increasingly professional and qualitative. I am pleased that as an employee I can contribute to this growth and can also radiate it to the customers and colleagues within my team. Again, Eye Watch is not perfect, but it certainly has many advantages over other organizations. For example, last year I started working for another employer for six months, but I have found that the grass is not always greener at the other employer. The grass is greener where you water it. In other words, where you yourself invest time, energy and motivation.
