★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 juli 2016: Deurdrempel garantie. Leesbril sterkte 2,5 gekocht voor 10 euro. Na twee weken stuk. Spontaan gebroken bij het scharnierpunt, dus een ondeugdelijk product. Heb GEEN garantie omdat ik er GEEN brilgarantie bij hun heb afgesloten. Dit noem ik nog eens klantenbinding!
July 1, 2016: Door threshold guarantee. Reading glasses strength 2.5 bought for 10 euros. Broken after two weeks. Broken spontaneously at the pivot point, so an unsound product. I have NO guarantee because I have NOT taken out a glasses guarantee with them. I call this customer loyalty again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag super goed geholpen door het personeel. Na een telefoontje een afspraak kunnen maken voor mijn neuspads welke van mij bril waren losgeraakt en keurig en vriendelijk geholpen. Zeker een aanrader!
Today very well helped by the staff. After a phone call I was able to make an appointment for my nose pads, which of my glasses had come loose and were neatly and friendly helped. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superservice! Ik was mijn bril verloren tijdens een kano trip in Zweden. Op vrijdag Eye Wish gebeld om een nieuwe te bestellen. Die woensdag daarna belden ze al op dat ik hem kon ophalen. Als je geen bril meer hebt merk je opeens dat je zo gewend bent aan een bril dragen. Erg vriendelijk personeel die met je meedenkt. Topwinkel!
Super service! I lost my glasses during a canoe trip in Sweden. Called Eye Wish on Friday to order a new one. The following Wednesday they already called that I could pick him up. When you no longer have glasses, you suddenly notice that you are so used to wearing glasses. Very friendly staff who think along with you. Top shop!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was scheduled for an appointment at 7 PM, when I showed up for my appointment they told me that they could not actually fulfill my request because no one was working that could actually fit me for contacts. This is the second time that this is happened to me in less than one week with this company. Why is a company in business where they can’t take care of the customers and provide good customer service. I will never use this company again in the future and I would suggest the same to others.
