Nieuwe personeel is totaal niet klantvriendelijk en mist behoorlijk wat communicatieve vaardigheden (laat ik het netjes houden).
Lenzen abonnement opgezegd en exit Eyewish.
Just gone bad since the full staff change last summer.
New staff is not customer friendly at all and lacks quite a few communication skills (let me keep it tidy).
