★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldige support. Kleur van LED paneel was wat verlopen na een aantal jaar. Ze hebben de LED panelen toch onder garantie voorzien van nieuwe LED's. Omdat ik de K4000 regelmatig nodig heb in overleg opgestuurd wanneer de onderdelen op voorraad waren en toen dezelfde week keurig retour. Goed overleg met support, per mail of telefonisch.
 Great support. Color of LED panel was somewhat expired after a number of years. They have provided the LED panels with new LEDs under warranty. Because I need the K4000 regularly in consultation, sent when the parts were in stock and then neatly returned the same week. Good consultation with support, by mail or by telephone.
