★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Via chat stukje maatwerk besproken voor 2 vlaggen (Deense haak i.p.v. een lus van touw) , helaas is met productie wat mis gegaan (foutje kan altijd) en dat hebben we dus gemeld via mail.
Binnen 1 uur antwoord dat ze nieuwe vlaggen gaan produceren en toesturen. Super snelle service en mooi opgelost!
Via chat a piece of customization was discussed for 2 flags (Danish hook instead of a loop of rope), unfortunately something went wrong with production (error is always possible) and so we reported that via email.
Within 1 hour reply that they will produce and send new flags. Super fast service and nicely solved!
