★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved my hydrafacial, I used to break out quite significantly after facials and always felt that I was worse off after but not at all this time my face felt so great! I was also so happy with the girl that took care of me (Isa) she did a great job! the skin analysis she did really helped me to see what I should focus on my routine! Based on her recommendation I have started using a scrub and what a difference made in less then 2 weeks since I use it! I am just super happy and will definitely be coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not big on writing reviews ordinarily. However, given I am absolutely thrilled with the results, I decided to write one. It's been 7 months after I had microblading done by Hayeda and they still look crisp and clear.
I did lots of deliberation and research, since I wanted to choose the best professional out there that can do exactly what I needed. I chose Face Factory since they have plenty of great reviews and beautiful before/after pictures. It turned out to be an excellent choice.
Hayeda is both an artist and a scientist... her approach is that of a perfectionist. She takes her time and gives careful consideration to your shape, features, coloring, etc. She was patient, accommodating and delightful. I couldn't have expected a better outcome, my eyebrows are a masterpiece. If you need someone, trust her. Thank you for such a great experience and beautiful results!

The results are beautiful and the aftercare easy and she clearly explains everything as she goes along. The salon is clean, lovely calm decor and one feels pampered.
