Zuletzt war ein Familienmitglied auf 46 Fahrten zur Chemo- und Strahlentherapie angewiesen. Wie ist nun also unsere Erfahrung? Mit einem Wort: Super! Die Firma Vogt hat verstanden was es heißt Dienstleister im Bereich Krankenfahrten zu sein. Schon bei der Beantragung der Fahrkostenübernahme war man uns behilflich. Uns wurden alle Formalien, die im Vorfeld nötig waren abgenommen und die Firma Vogt hat alles mit der Krankenkasse geregelt. Bei dann 46 Fahrten war der Fahrdienst Vogt stets pünktlich. Egal welcher Fahrer oder welche Fahrerin kam, alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch die Fahrzeuge machen einen modernen und gepflegten Eindruck. Wir haben uns einmal mehr sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt, was in einer schwierigen Zeit viel wert war. Ich kann und möchte den Fahrdienst Vogt hier nur jedem wärmstens empfehlen. As a big compliment and thank you, I would like to take the time to write a few words about the Vogt service: In the days of Taxi Vogt, we were customers of the Vogt driver service that later emerged. Most recently, a family member had to rely on 46 trips to chemotherapy and radiation therapy. So what is our experience like? In a word: great! The Vogt company understood what it means to be a service provider in the field of medical trips. We were already helped with the application for the travel expenses. All formalities that were necessary in advance were taken over and the Vogt company arranged everything with the health insurance company. The Vogt driver was always on time for 46 trips. No matter which driver came, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, the vehicles also make a modern and well-kept impression. Once again we felt in good hands, which was worth a lot in a difficult time. I can and would highly recommend the Vogt driver service to everyone. Thanks and keep it up!
