Der Service und die schnelle Hilfe, auch bei Kleinigkeiten, ist lobenswert und in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Das individuell in der Werkstatt zusammengebaute Wunschrad aus gebrauchten und neuen Teilen macht auch nach zwei Jahren immer noch Freude. Auch die Auswahl an qualitativ guten Neurädern steigt von Jahr zu Jahr. Weiter so und danke nochmal! Thank you for the detailed and competent advice! The service and the quick help, even with little things, is praiseworthy and in today's time no longer self-evident. The custom wheel of used and new parts assembled individually in the workshop still gives pleasure after two years. The selection of good quality new bikes also increases year by year. Also dort sind wirkliche Zauberer zu finden. Über den Preis war ich überaus positiv überrascht. Hab meinen Fietsenladen gefunden ? Made my 10 year old bike fit again. The best thing is that I can now drive it hands-free, before the handlebars always wobbled! So there are real wizards to be found there. I was positively surprised at the price. Das ist mir hundert mal lieber als die Masche anderer Firmen die erstmal zu allem "Kein Problem" sagen und anschließend nichts auf die Reihe bekommen. Hier bekommt man sogar noch den Tip, wer einem helfen kann... I always feel well advised there. Even if I am openly told: “We cannot or do not have that.” Which happens very rarely. Wir hatten telefonisch nachgefragt ob wir vorbei kommen können um 2 E-bikes zukaufen (Neu oder Gebraucht).. Als wir da waren wurden wir erstmal stehen gelassen und dann unverschämt behandelt und in die Niederlande zu Konkurrenz geschickt. Ich habe jetzt bei der Konkurrenz 2 Neue E-bikes gekauft... Da Wundert sich der Einzelhandel das wir Online kaufen... I give 1 star because you have to give a star. We had asked by phone if we could come by to buy 2 e-bikes (new or used). When we were there we were left standing and then treated outrageously and sent to the Netherlands to compete. I have now bought 2 new e-bikes from the competition ... The retail trade is wondering that we buy online ...

D	Daniel Fonteine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin super zufrieden. Mir wurde ein Motor im Fahrrad eingebaut. Ist jetzt schon ca.2 Jahre her und funktioniert noch heute einwandfrei. Fahre zu keinem anderen Fahrradladen ausser zu dem, nur zu empfehlen. Hatte der Chef persönlich eingebaut, hat zwar länger gedauert als er dachte, aber er hat es geschafft. Er wollte sogar kein Geld für den Einbau haben, habe aber trotzdem was gegeben. Also Leute, wenn ihr was an eure Fahrräder habt dann nichts wie hin mit euch. I'm super happy. I had a motor built into my bike. It has been about 2 years ago and still works perfectly today. Do not ride to any other bike shop other than the one, only recommended. The boss personally installed it, it took longer than he thought, but he did it. He didn't even want to have money to install it, but still gave something. So folks, if you have something on your bikes then go with you.
