Preise und Dienstleistung sind TOP! Weiter so, das sind noch Fachbetriebe und keine 0815 Verkäufer! There have my bikes in the service, a new one we bought there for my wife. Also for my son we bought a wheel there. Prices and service are TOP! Keep it up, these are specialist shops and no 0815 sellers!
m	mirandia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auf der Suche nach einem Mtb habe ich den Laden besucht. Ich bin Fahrradfahrer (hab kein Auto) aber mit dem Mtb habe ich mich bisher nicht wirklich beschäftigt gehabt. Herr Michels nahm sich wirklich sehr lange Zeit für mich obwohl er mir zwar schlussendlich kein entsprechendes Fahrrad anbieten konnte, erklärte er mir sehr viel worauf ich beim Kauf zu achten hätte. Er hat sogar mit seinem Großhändler telefoniert um ein entsprechendes Fahrrad als Austelllungstück in seinen Landen zu bekommen , dann hätte ich die Möglichkeit gehabt es Probe zu fahren, aber leider konnte dieser keines in meiner Größe anbieten. Wenn ich etwas zu reparieren habe, was ich selbst nicht hinbekommen sollte, werde ich zu diesem Händler fahren. I went to the store looking for a Mtb. Mr. Michels really took a very long time for me although he finally could not offer me a suitable bike, he explained a lot to me what I should pay attention to when buying. He even telephoned his wholesaler to get a suitable bicycle as an exhibit in his country, then I would have had the opportunity to test it, but unfortunately he could not offer one in my size. If I have something to fix that I shouldn't be able to do myself, I'll go to that dealer.

Meine Fahrradzeit liegt etwa 30 Jahre zurück. Mein Mann und ich wollten uns 2 Fahrräder gönnen. Aufgrund der perfekten Beratung konnten wir am Samstag unsere jeweils auf die Person passgenauen Fahrräder abholen. Meinem Popöchen habe ich noch, aufgrund der Empfehlung von Herr Michels, einen ganz besonders weichen und breiten Fahrradsitz gegönnt. Dieser ist ein Gedicht. Man fährt wie in einem Sessel. Montage des Sitzes und des Kilometerzählers wurde uns nicht extra in Rechnung gestellt. Fahrräder Michels kann ich jedem uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Owner-managed family business. Top advice and service. Price / performance completely O.K and not much more expensive than if we had ordered on the Internet. My bike time is about 30 years back. My husband and I wanted to treat ourselves to 2 bicycles. Due to the perfect advice, we were able to pick up our custom-fit bicycles on Saturday. Because of the recommendation of Mr. Michels, I have allowed my pimple a particularly soft and wide bicycle seat. This is a poem. You drive like in a chair. Assembly of the seat and the odometer were not charged extra. Bicycles Michels I can recommend everyone unrestricted.

Das hätte ich besser vorher gewusst. Wir gehen nun lieber zur Konkurrenz und bezahlen dafür weniger. Schade Very friendly. The young man changed the tube for the stroller buggy. The hose cost € 10.95. And swap 7 euros for that. I would have known better beforehand. We now prefer to go to the competition and pay less for it. Pity
C	Chris28657 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Also man muss Zeit auf sich nehmen dafür lohnt es sich aufjedenfall zu warten der nette Herr fragt erstmal wie das passiert ist und wie viele km man mit den Rad gefahren ist und wie man gefahren ist und dann wenn man alles berichtet hat sagt er genau ungefähr was gemacht werden muss und die Wartezeit weil er die bestimmte Teile erstmal bestellen muss fazit ich werde sobald mein Rad wieder was kaputt ist wieder da hinbringen ? So you have to take your time for it, it is definitely worth waiting the nice gentleman asks first how that happened and how many km you have ridden and how you have ridden and then when you have reported everything he says exactly what has to be done and the waiting time because he has to order the certain parts first. Conclusion I will bring back what is broken as soon as my bike is broken ?
F	Fabienne Löwenfoß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein super Kundenservice, wie man ihn heutzutage noch selten erlebt. Bei meinem Rad musste die Gangschaltung und der Umwerfer eingestellt werden. Dies ist hervorragend gelungen. Des Weiteren bei meinem Mann und mir eine hervorragende Beratung zwecks Sattel und Messung vom Abstand der Sitzknochen zueinander mithilfe eines Tests. Es wurde sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und alles super erklärt. Preislich auch völlig in Ordnung.Wir wissen wo wir ab sofort hingehen, wenn unsere Räder nochmal Probleme bereiten sollten. Great customer service that you rarely see these days. The gear shift and derailleur had to be adjusted on my bike. This has worked extremely well. Furthermore, my husband and I gave excellent advice on saddle and measuring the distance between the sit bones with the help of a test. A lot of time was taken and everything was explained well. We also know where we are going from now on if our bikes cause problems again.
