Wonderful and friendly people who work there. In particular the general practitioners, assistants, psychologist, dietician, and the pharmacists team.

Absoluut af te raden voor ieder die zich gehoord wil voelen. After being registered for over 20 years, treated very rudely. Slow, bureaucratic & unreasonable, even in emergencies. Definitely not recommended for anyone who wants to feel heard.

Bij het stellen van een zeer normale vraag waarom er steeds afspraken bij een andere huisarts ingepland worden werd het de dame aan de balie teveel en werd ik zeer onprofessioneel te woord gestaan. Antwoorden als ik kom iedere dag thuis met hoofdpijn van mijn werk lijken mij niet relevant. Begrijpelijk dat in deze tijden de drukte op loopt maar een rustig antwoord op de vraag was voldoende geweest. Mijn vraag was immers gesteld op een rustige toon en absoluut niet verwijtend. Verder niets te klagen over de medische kennis en behandelingen bij de huisartsen, altijd netjes geholpen. Wellicht handig deze feedback mee te nemen, het is toch je visitekaartje! Monday morning very rude helped by a lady on the phone. When asking a very normal question why appointments are always scheduled with a different GP, it became too much for the lady at the desk and I was given a very unprofessional service. Answers when I come home every day with a headache from work do not seem relevant to me. It is understandable that during these times the crowds increase, but a calm answer to the question would have been enough. After all, my question was asked in a calm tone and not at all reproaching. Furthermore, nothing to complain about the medical knowledge and treatments at the GPs, always neatly helped. It may be useful to take this feedback with you, it is your calling card after all!

Sometimes very rude on the phone. There is also often a lack of explanation when giving medication via the assistant. The doctors are very helpful!

The receptionist told me there had been a mix up and that I would not be seen that day. I had to take the morning off work. They didn't even apologise. So bad.
