★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijke en onprofessionele personeel. Klantvriendelijkheid is ver te zoeken bij deze mensen. In plaats van netjes uit te leggen dat je bij DPD zelf een label moet printen en plakken. Ben namelijk bij PostNL gewend dat er vanuit telefoon de barcode gescand wordt en vervolgens op het pakket geplakt wordt. Wat is de reactie van de dame achter de balie "Moet ik je telefoon op het pakketje plakken?" Ik kom hier nooit meer.
Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Customer friendliness is hard to find with these people. Instead of neatly explaining that you have to print and paste a label at DPD yourself. I am used to PostNL that the barcode is scanned from the phone and then glued to the package. What is the reaction of the lady behind the counter "Do I have to stick your phone on the package?" I will never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik lees veel onvriendelijke reviews wat ik als zeer teleurstellend ervaar. Kennelijk zijn er mensen die letterlijk als lid van het Koninklijk huis bediend willen worden. Ik ben al 10 jaar vaste klant en sinds mijn eerste bezoek alleen maar goede ervaringen. Ik word altijd vriendelijk geholpen, of dit nu het afrekenen van brandstof is of alleen een pakje rookwaren. Zowel de eigenaar als het personeel zijn altijd vriendelijk en bejegenen je op correcte wijze.
I read a lot of unfriendly reviews, which I find very disappointing. Apparently there are people who literally want to be served as members of the Royal House. I have been a regular customer for 10 years and since my first visit only good experiences. I am always kindly helped, whether this is the checkout for fuel or just a packet of tobacco. Both the owner and the staff are always friendly and treat you properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grove behandeling . Stuurde me de winkel uit terwijl ik speciaal meekwam om mijn man te ondersteunen in een transactie wat hij moeilijk vond en verkeerd zou kunnen gaan.
Rough treatment . Sent me out of the store while coming along especially to support my husband in a transaction he found difficult and could go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn vaste adres wanneer ik mijn pakketten thuis niet kan ontvangen.
Soms moet je bij een langere rij wachten omdat soms één persoon twee balies bediend, maar dit wordt netjes afgewisseld zodat niemand onnodig lang staat te wachten. Ook prima tankstation om te komen tanken of als je snel iets nodig hebt uit de shop met ruim assortiment.
Klantvriendelijkheid heb ik tot nu toe alleen maar positief ervaren.

Sometimes you have to wait in a longer line because sometimes one person serves two counters, but this is neatly alternated so that no one has to wait unnecessarily long. Also a great gas station to refuel or if you quickly need something from the shop with a wide range.
So far I have only had a positive experience with customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grappig om de uit een lopende reveiws te lezen. Het is een kleine pomp met een klein winkeltje. Ik heb de indruk dat het personeel zich vaak verveeld om dat het niet zo druk is. Als.je binnen komt en je laat merken Dat je open staat voor een praatje word er altijd dank baar gebruik van gemaakt. Deze pomp kom ik puur om dat mijn favoriete sportschool er naast zit en het handig is dat ik noet om hoef te rijden om tetanken of een pakje weg te brengen. Het is er ook nooit druk dus het doed wat het moet doen.
Funny to read the ongoing reveiws. It is a small pump with a small shop. I have the impression that the staff are often bored because it is not that busy. If you come in and show that you are open for a chat, it is always gratefully used. I only use this pump because my favorite gym is right next door and it's handy that I don't have to drive around to refuel or drop off a package. It's never crowded either, so it does what it's supposed to do.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange meneer genaamd Ivo Lubbers behandeld je als een racist. Ik kom hier altijd geld versturen tegen mijn zin en heb al meerdere keren gezien hoe de oude vrouw achter de kassa meerdere mensen weg stuurt. Nu was ik dit keer ten dupe en moest ik de pand verlaten omdat ik mijn auto niet goed had geparkeerd. Grappige was ik was al bijna klaar met de transactie waarop de oudere vrouw het annuleert. Ik snap niet hoe zo een winkel western union zaken mee doet. Ze behandelen de klanten discriminerend en zijn beiden racisten. Vroeg in het station stuurde ik met plezier geld op. Ook fijn om daar te zien hoeveel multi culturele medewerkers er waren! Ik hoop dat wester union deze review leest en de signalen serieus neemt en hopelijk ook actie onderneemt en ze de toko daar sluiten!!!!!
Tall gentleman named Ivo Lubbers treats you like a racist. I always come here to send money against my will and have seen several times how the old woman behind the cash register sends several people away. Now this time I was the victim and I had to leave the building because I had not parked my car properly. Funny wash I was almost done with the transaction when the older woman cancels it. I don't understand how a Western Union store does business with it. They treat the customers discriminatingly and are both racists. Early at the station I was happy to send money. It was also nice to see how many multicultural employees there were! I hope wester union reads this review and takes the signals seriously and hopefully also takes action and they close the shop there!!!!!
