They don't speak English well (only Chinese and Dutch). But they do their best to communicate. You might want to bring an example photo on your phone if you don't speak the languages.

After half an hour waiting the lady barber quickly wanted to get over with it and I didn't get the 'short' haircut I wanted and worst thing was I was charged extra 13.5 eur instead of 10 eur to get a so called 'short' haircut. After couple of days I had to go to another shop to get my hair done properly!
